I thought it would be interesting to see which programs would be rounding out our top 5. I'm sure many of us are still working out the details of our ROLs, so this may be a bit early. To minimize concerns about confidentiality, we could just list our top 5 programs in RANDOM order. How does this sound?

Sure. My top five in alphabetical order are Brown, Maryland, Rochester, Thomas Jefferson, and Wash U. I may end up substituting one of them with another program when all is said and done though, I'm still doing research.

Hard choices...

It's going to come down to Emory, Michigan, UVa, NYU, Columbia, UAB and Vandy for me... I guess that's 7... :)

To narrow it down more, I'll probably cut Vandy and Columbia from my top 5.

Columbia-->Card (but not GI)
Penn-->in between

I will NOT rank Cornell, Yale, Mt. Sinai in top five IM resindency programs.

Wow, good for you... sounds like you REALLY know what you want! Got lots of guts to put that ahead of the likes of UTSW and BMC.
