Can someone explain the differences in training sequence between the these two specialities?

Also, what type of schedule does these types of docs have after training? Is neonatology a shift job or does it vary by place?

Also, does anyone know where to find salary info on these specialities? The typical esalary websites do not have info on such specific fields. Thanks

A perinatologist takes care of woman with high-risk pregnancies. It is a sub-specialty of OB/GYN. A neonatologist takes care of preemies and sick newborn babies. This is a sub-specialty of pediatrics.
