does anyone know of any residency programs that will sign FMGS outside the match for psychiatry?

The only place I heard it openly discussed was East Tennessee State in Johnson City, TN. I interviewed mainly in the southeast and midwest. I am an american grad but they had some great FMG's who discussed the topic with me. Hope this helps

I heard that the Univ of Maryland psychiatry program has made prematch offers in the recent past.
