Hi all,

Just wondering if anyone know of a recognized Canadian university that has a Masters of Public Health or Masters of Health Administration program. If there is one... what are the pre-reqs needed? GPA/GRE cutoff, etc?

I'm a 3rd year psych undergrad and am interested in going into these fields, but not sure exactly *how* to get there. any help will be much appreciated! thanks!

I'm looking at programs in the US and in Canada. I find that the biggest difference is that Canadian programs are more epi based and that in the US the schools have many more program choices (int'l health, epi, policy, health and human rights, for example). Most Canadian schools seem to require the GRE and some have a minimum GPA requirement as high as 3.5.

I'm not sure what body governs accredidation in Canada--none are accredited by the ASPH.

University of British Columbia (http://www.healthcare.ubc.ca/ )
University of Calgary (http://meddevs1.med.ucalgary.ca/InfoHub/chs/getCurrent.jsp?page=index)
University of Alberta (http://www.chps.ualberta.ca/)
Queen's (http://meds.queensu.ca/medicine/comhepi/)

There are more, but that's all I have bookmarked right now.
