Does anyone now about job opportunities in private practice for someone with a fellowship in stroke?

My impression is that if you do stroke your best chance of getting a job in which you will really apply your extra knowledge in that area is in the academic settings, as most comunity hospitals don't have a neurointesive care unit or neuroradiologists in house for acute interventions.

Could that change in the next few years?
