The IM program director at my school said it's preferred to have both LOR from department of medicine in addition to the departmental letter. How true is that? I was going to get one from IM and psych... Or should I wait until I do my Sub-I in Sept? Is it too late to wait until end of Sept to up-load the letter? Thanks.
