On my kaplan syllabus, there are 2 Reading integration workshops and 2 Nat'l science workshops. These are arent on the kap CD or website, so I have to go to the Kap. center to do these which is a pain b/c it's far from my house.
anyways, i was wondering if any of you had done these workshops? are they any good? what were your thoughts on them? thx
Those are basically practice tests (for the specific sections) disguised under the name "workshop," if I remember correctly. The natural science workshops have 100 questions (40 Bio, 30 G-Chem and O-Chem). Those natural science workshops are definitely worth it in my opinion, especially since there's valuable info on each and every test and explanation bank that Kaplan has. I felt like only 60-70% of the science facts I learned at Kaplan were found in the books; the rest were found in the explanations to their tests.

I agree with typo, i just recently took those workshops. i didnt do too well on them, but I can ace the same test now, b/c it gives you explanations, and you know exactly how to do the same types of problems that will pop up again somewhere.

i called the kap center here in tampa. i was able to get them to send me the "workshops". they sent me 2 nat'l sci. workshops and 2 read. comp. wkshops. they're both pdf files with the answer's included, so i think im just going to do them i at my place here. i wanted to make sure when u took the workshops at kap. center, it wasnt in acutal test format right (i.e. the same computer interface as DAT exam)?
