It seems to be. This is a great demonstration of the efficiencies in a socialized medical system.

they're not talking tuition!!!! this is taxpayer money. this is our "free" healthcare going to fund the training of these neurosurgeons trained by current neurosurgeons (paid somehow!) and now they are leaving. it's hardly absurd - it's the truth and it's a travesty

That is Canadian Dollars, in our great nation that would equal to "chump change"
:D :D just kidding I can tolerate Canadians sometimes

Those numbers still look ridiculous. Even US private schools charge 10% of that, and I'm sure they're not losing money on training students.
