A) If you want to be a Doctor, I would highly recommend improving your communication skills. I don't think ANYBODY would have a clue as to what you're referring to. I assume this is by accident, not design?
B) While a med school, US or international, may support a residency app. by supplying Dean's Letters, LoR's etc., the job of FINDING a residency, and GETTING it, is your own.
