Anyone have plans to enter business per se, and not medicine? If so, what are they (the plans, that is)? I know a number of folks going into consulting, early VC, buy side analysis and the like.

I am definitely not doing any of the above. Our program has had alumni return who did enter the business world. They have told us that it is much more volatile, but that they would not trade it for the sweat of residency program. I would be curious to see a list of potential jobs that an MD/MBA could perform at straight out of a program.
