the state that my pschool is in requires 500 intern hours in addition to the full year of rotations. however, i do not want to practice in that state after i graduate. are there states (in the northeast preferably) that don't require any additional interning? the board websites have so little information.

I think you'd have to call the State Board of Pharmacy for the particular states of interest. MWU-CPG gives us all of the intern hours we need for licensure.

If you want to graduate, you probably have to do the 500 required hours. Your rotations will go smoother if you work first anyway. I would definitley recommend working at least during summers.

Florida doesn't require it. What school do you go to?

I go to a school in a state that requires several hundred but i want to not do any hours either. Would I be able to apply through licensure by testing there?

NJ doesn't require any intern hours... but really, who wants to live in NJ?
