Should we limit to EM-only EBM topics? Has the OA of the knee study (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/query.fcgi?cmd=Retrieve&db=pubmed&dopt=Abstract&list_uids=12110735) been beaten to death already????

The mantra of Journal Club at my program is, "will this change my clinical practice?" So I would think that they should be germane to EM (but not necessarily EBM). Then again, this is directly contrary to what the moderator wrote in his initial post, but, at the same time, I don't know how much the EM regulars will have to contribute (and, considering we are one of the most active forums, I don't know how many folks from other forums will show up).

The irony of "dumbing down" a comment about an ortho paper is compelling. ;)
