Do we need some ground rules for this forum? It seems to me that to make it as beneficial as possible we should keep articles pretty much EM related and find a way to link to the pubmed citation at least. Any thoughts?

I was under the impression that we were going to stick to the core EM articles listed on www.abem.org for their continuous certification process.

How about this: Those posting an article also have to post a brief review and critique along the lines of:
a) what type of article/study
b) Applicability to EM
c) industry funded?
d) review of methods and comments on appropriateness
e) Review of results and comments
f) comments on internal and external validity
g) review of conclusions and comments on whether the author's conclusions are appropriate to the data.
I think that would help focus the discussion in the articles instead of just posting articles willy-nilly.
