how hard is it to start a practice in NY these days, i was told by a few neurologists that it is not difficult because it is one of the only fields these days that demand is great , even in ny, although reimbursement is low? what do you guys think?

i have also been told by a few neuroligsts that if you set up a nice practice, and have people working for you, you can do really well, with good hours, that holds true even in internal medicine, why not here? :)....although obviously everyone cant be that person
