I don't know if you found the answers you were looking for but I thought I would post just in case you haven't. There are numerous protein isolation techniques available such as Protein Dialysis, HPLC, and Protein Precipitation to just name a few. The following website is very useful at providing a starting point in developing protocols for experiments you need more info on. Click on Molecular Biology Techniques. As for the continuous flow centrifugation, I've heard of it but I am not familiar with the instrument's application. You could try to look at the websites of the two leading centrifuge manufacturers, Beckman and Sorvall.
