I don't know if you found the answers you were looking for but I thought I would post just in case you haven't. There are numerous protein isolation techniques available such as Protein Dialysis, HPLC, and Protein Precipitation to just name a few. The following website is very useful at providing a starting point in developing protocols for experiments you need more info on. Click on Molecular Biology Techniques. As for the continuous flow centrifugation, I've heard of it but I am not familiar with the instrument's application. You could try to look at the websites of the two leading centrifuge manufacturers, Beckman and Sorvall. Their websites often contain info on experimental applications and links to papers that have researched the efficiency of their machines. Hope this was helpful. :luck:
