Hello afro friends!

I am an african (from still poorest country) doing specilization in East Europe without any income, no stipend..., I have been searching for a stipend, grant, fianancial aid ... for 6 month but didnt find! Would you PLEASE share your experience if anyone of you was in such situation or know a solution for such problem (where can I apply? which organisation support young african physician?
