I'm going to Honduras for a 1 week medical volunteer trip in January.

I haven't used any Spanish for years; and what little I knew is VERY rusty. Does anyone have any "Spanish for Health Professionals" CDs or books that I could buy, borrow or steal?

With this being the end of the semester and the holiday season, I don't have the extra $$$ to spend on anything new (expensive).
