hey guys... wanted to ask a question. :)

i'm looking to take the DAT and i wanted to get some practice material and study ahead especially for the PAT section. i was originally premed so i already took the mcats and thus already have (some) knowledge :p and study material for the gen chem, bio, and ochem sections.. however, i haven't seen ANYTHING like the PAT section before so i want to study ahead especially for that section.

i was hoping you guys could tell me where i can get lots of practice material just for the PAT section....

thanks!! :D

For PAT, I would recommend using Barron's DAT review. This text is most useful for their explanations and practice tests regarding the PAT. Also, www.************** has good PAT practice although it is more difficult than the real DAT's PAT.

The Kaplan DAT Class does a good job teaching you how to approach the PAT. I do not think that their question are as hard as the real DAT though. I would go with Barron's or TopScore for as well.

what's the best way to get topscore? also, is topscore's PAT section a good representation of how the DAT's PAT section is like?

thanks~

This is the TopScore website: http://www.scholarware.com/products.htm. You can find plenty of information about the program there. The program has the same "look" to the actual test than any other program. The PAT section is about equal I woudl say.

I had the Barrons, topscore, and Kaplan. In my personal opinion, I felt the Kaplan DAT class did the best job explaining it.
