Can someone tell me of any good books that describe how to immobilize using casts and splints?

Mercer Rang's "Children's Fractures" and "The art and practice of Pediatric Orthopaedics" are both excellent sources for old school (tried and true) casting and splinting techniques. The illustrations alone are priceless.
