Sorry about the long question but I just faxed in my ROL this morning and was wondering how long it takes to get the confirmatory email. Those people at SFMatch are not answering the phone.

I ran into the same problem... I contacted the Dean's Office at my school and they were able to get in touch with SFMatch and a verbal confirmation. Perhaps you can try that if you don't get the confirmation in the next day or two.
