Ok, I have just started looking into Optometry and I was just wondering how the OAT is scored? What is each section out of? Is each section scored individually and then you get an AA and TS score?

Also, is the computerized OAT offered pretty much any day or do they have certain days to choose from?

Thanks in advance for any replies.

Here's a chart from the OAT guidebook regarding scoring (to answer your other post and sorry about the formatting if it comes out weird). Your AA is an average of scores in all categories, while TS is scaled like the individual sections. For more info, here's the link to the OAT guidebook (notice it is run by the ADA  ): https://www.ada.org/oat/OAT_Guide.doc

It is any day if the day u want is available. Some test centers offer that on saturday, but no Sunday tho. First you have to register online, then u will have to wait a bout a week to receive the letter. After receiving the letter, u can call the prometric to make an appointment. http://prometric.com/Default.htm
i hope that helps. you can look for test centers, plus other things.
