I noticed that someone asked the same question I'm going to ask back in February, and Andrew gave a very helpful response but no one else bothered. So... for anyone out there, especially graduating residents, what review books/ resources are best for OKAP preparation. Where can we find good practice questions/ mock exams?

I think we should get together and write an OKAP review, an official guide from SDN. Who wants to lead the way? I have a publishing company that will distribute and market this book. We need some A-type residents to lead the project.
