I am a about to be an intern, then off to Radiology. I was wondering if anyone had some suggestions on a book that is appropriate for an ICU month. I can't find crap at Barnes and Noble, except some nursing stuff. Looking for a book with a bit of Physiology and Medicine, and that is not 2000 pages in length. Thanks in advance.

I'm sure a search on this topic would reveal dozens of threads with this question and "The ICU Book" by Marino is always the answer. It is something like 900 pages but most of the chapters are 5-20 pages long and easily digested in a short sitting. Happy reading.
