The latest edition I seem to be finding is the 2nd edition from 1997. At least that's all I can get on Barnes and Noble and Amazon. Is there a more recent edition?

As of last year that was the most recent edition. I have heard talk of a 3rd edition in the works. Some of the specifics are dated but it is still a good starting place.
