A lot has changed in medicine, but the Fat Man's Rules of the House still apply, and yes "q" sign really is hopeless and I've seen people walk out of the hospital after having "o" sign and mooing like a cow in the MICU for two weeks.

I did a visiting rotation at Man's Best Hospital's cousing in Baltimore. I was sleeping in the call room when at 11 pm I heard jack hammers running. All I could think about was the hammers working on the Wing of Zock and my oscicles :laugh:

Nope, things are almost exactly the same. Pinkus, Jo, Fish, and Leggo can be found everywhere. At least call isn't Q3 all the time.
Now if I can only find time and money for that year trip to France. . .
