Hi everyone,

Unite For Sight is providing eye care services at Buduburam Refugee Camp in Ghana, and two female heads of household are creating beautiful, vibrant eyeglass cases. They earn an income each time that someone purchases their eyeglass cases.

100% of the proceeds directly fund Esther, Lucy, and eye care expenses at Buduburam Refugee Camp.

You can see photos and purchase eyeglass cases for $8 each at http://www.******************/ordercase.php

"This project once it takes off, will give these women a real chance at a decent income, a real chance to help their families. It will really make a difference for these women," acknowledged Jeremiah Burgess, Executive Director of the local NGO called Self Help Initiative For Sustainable Development (SHIFSD)

With my new reading glasses, I can see the smaller print. The glasses are helping me to read. The glasses are helping me to keep straighter lines in the sewing," said Esther. "The eye clinic is doing such a good job here. I'm ready to do my best work here sewing, to help them to help my community."

Sincerely,
Jennifer Staple

Why don't you put this in the general residency forum, or another general forum- it might get more traffic there.
