Don't put them on up side down. That will really piss you off.

It will also piss off the patient, particularly if you are doing it under local anesthesia in the ED................

We had to bring our own topical :D None of that fancy injectable stuff.

3. Apply a generous coat of betadine paint with a toothbrush to the patients teeth . This ensures they have to clean the brown crust out of their teeth and keep on the oral hygiene before their first office visit.
I like this one. I'm giving that a go on my next wiring...

Worry about how you are going to plate and percutaneously screw that displaced subcondylar mandible fracture at 4 am.

Why would you do this at 4 am? ORIF of a subcondyle is so overated.
