Hey guys, I was wondering about dates by which applications should be sent out. I know the target date is September 9th and it takes sfmatch 3 weeks to get it to the programs. What would be considered a reasonable date which would not put me at a disadvantage for getting interviews/schedulding issues August 1st Aug 15th or August 30th.

Any of those dates are fine. The idea is to have the application in San Francisco about a week before the target date. With a target date of Sept 9, if you overnight on Aug 30th, you should be fine.
