I guess it depends on where you are. My guess is DAT = 20+, PREFERABLY 21+.

They used to pay their MCAT teachers $20-25 / hour (class hours and office hours) plus $$ for gas & driving time esp. if centers are far away. I am not so sure how much they pay their DAT teachers, not even sure if DAT teachers have office hours. ;)

*EDIT*

It probably depends on your center. Sometimes, they ask you to give a 5 minute presentation to see how well you can teach.

They have a training for their teachers. They teach you things like (1) how to duck a question when you don't know the answer (e.g. It's a good question but you don't need to know it for the DAT or it's a good question but it requires an in-depth discussion; so let's talk about it before next class session; OR it's a good question. Let's see if anyone knows this (usually, in each class, there is a smarty who can answer all the questions  ).

They also pay you for every hour of training.
