1. to register nmat do i have to go there by myself or can they send it to thailand?
2. what kind of preparation should i do to face this nmat?
3. is the question different from MCAT qeustion?

As you can see from the numerous threads for Filipino medical schools, there are 3 places where they give the exam (Manila, NY, LA). I think you can register and apply by mail but you have to take the NMAT in Manila (nearest to Thailand). Most will tell you that it's easier than MCAT and you can look at some threads where the coverage was discussed.
