Hey all-

This is really stupid, but I find that when I am doing the practice USMLE Step 2 questions on the NBME website, they have those stupid 20 answer choice questions. THen the same answer choices will be there for the next question.

Does anybody every answer the same for both questions? I always try to give two different answers, but some of the stems are soo similiar.

Anybody else have this problem?

I don't consider myself an authority on the subject, but I am pretty sure they wouldn't give you two questions with the same answer back to back. They generally have one or two subtle clues that differentiates them. I never answered the two of them with the same answer. Get used to this type of question. You will see it over and over on CK.
