degol 08-10-2005, 02:25 PM Hi Khurram,
I`ve talked to ADA.Officer told me that if i apply online on, let`s say, monday, i could be taking the test on friday that same week. That is the soonest it can be.Hope this info helps you.
toothie 08-10-2005, 11:00 PM hey khurram,
it takes about a month for ADA to aprove ure application even if done online and if they have the ECE records.
and then taking the exam depends on the date availbale with prometric.. which could be as early as 2 days to a min month sometimes....
just my experiance.. keep about 2 months in hand....

Well which one is it then?!?!?? I've got two conflicting answers!
as early as a week or as late as two months?!
I know the people at ada are pretty slow, but if they said it could be done in a week on the phone do you think i should trust them? i mean i'll register at least a month in advance but i just wanted to know.
Thanks
Khurram

AjayDas 08-11-2005, 09:48 AM I registered myself online about a week and a half back. After waiting for a week, I sent them a mail but l haven't sent a reply from them so far.The did take the money off the account the very day I registered :-p

Hey Khurram,
You can take the test as soon as u get a confirmation letter from ADA, I got mine in 4 days ( live in CA ), I'm pretty sure cause I'm retaking and the ADA had all my paper work.
I think they process online applications @ the same day ( if it was submited during working ours, if not then the next day ).
good luck, oh ya when are u taking it , I'm taking it this 25th !
Khurram 08-12-2005, 08:18 AM Thanks everyone for the help,

Hey Khurram!
How's your preparation going? Still doing your pattented review system described on your famous posts, or are you doing anything different this time around?
Thanks!

hey khurram,
i guess when i applied it took a month .. cause i applied a month before the 3 month period for a reexam ended .. thus they ddi not approve the appl;ication till the 3 months were over....
sorry for the confusion

hey pavi
yeah stickin to the same ol system:)
but i'm adding in a lot more kaplan and random textbooks this time...i feel i just made some stupid mistakes and/or misread some of the questions on the exam which is the reason i dind't score higher like i thought i would. I'm gonna take my time and go slowly this time:) I"m doing very well on these unreleased exams so I think I should be in good shape..but hey u never know!
