So, I finsihed my app and submitted it, but it is telling me that "I can't apply to this program at this time" under all of my selections. Is this because it isnt September 1 yet? Should I be able to apply now and just wait until September 1 to have programs look at my app, or do i have to wait until September 1 to actually apply to programs? Thanks in advance.

On the Osteo side, I had to wait until a certain date to be able to apply. I got the message you got when I tried before that date & then it went through fine after. Seems silly to me to make us wait, but that's apparently the setup.

According to the ERAS timeline, you cannot apply to programs until Sept 1st.
