Under the education section, do I put in undergrad + med school (because it says list all undergraduate and graduate schools attended), or do I just put undergrad and then put med school under the medical education section?

Also, do I need to list undergrad schools where I took a summer school course, or just the degree?

Next, under the hobbies/awards/memberships section, are you putting these in paragraph form or in bullet form?
