quick q re: "special" characters....when i uploaded my ps to eras, quotation marks are converted to ? ....this is really annoying me because there is no getting around " " in my essay....is there any way of including quotation marks in the essay?

If you already followed the instructions of converting the essay to .txt format as outlined in ERAS, and it still didn't work, u can just go in and manually change em, once you copy-paste it into eras.

thanks, it worked!!!! i skipped the instructions about converting it to a text doc etc...serves me right :o
