Just going through the ERAS site, for Transitional Year Programs, some are listed as Categorical and others as Preliminary?
What does those mean with respect to Transitional Year (I'm thinking it really doesn't...)
Thanks

Yes, I'm aware of the difference between Prelim and Categorical for Medicine and Surgery.
However, if you look at ERAS --> Select Programs and choose New York (state) and Transitional Year, you will see programs listed as Transitional (Prelim) and Transitional (Categorical)....
I was wondering if any one knew what the difference was (if any) in those.
Thanks.
