So I have a quick question about publications...when I was in undergrad, I did an honors thesis and although it was not published in a journal, it was presented it in front of a committee and a copy of it is at the university library...so would that be okay to list under the section?
Thanks!

I actually think theses should go in the publication section. They are publications, copyrighted and everything. Then again, I am just an MS4 so I'm not sure regarding the etiquette.
I think however you do it, just include it SOMEWHERE on ERAS. I've been cautious about repeating things among sections, because that tends to annoy medical professionals, as I've noticed.

It could legitimately go under publications, it is peer-reviewed research...but I personally would put it under research experience so I could explain it in more detail.

Would you include a non clinical publicaton. I.E. a student written article in a professional society newsletter?

Definately. As long as it isn't some whiney article attacking some part of the medical system, like medical students paying too much, or working too hard, or something like that. I wouldn't want to make it easier for programs to see my combative side.
