Is anyone here at a carib. school because the only thing that kept them out of a U.S. school was a low mcat score or a score in the teens. Just curious, trying to keep my options open

I come from a family (american, but includes 2 members who decided to go to foreign schools, and were never able to successfully pass FMGEMS and USMLE) that has put a bad taste for all foreign schools in my mind. However given high GPA and a masters in mol bio a caribbean school may one day be my only chance. Some schools like mine (SJSM) do not require an MCAT but they do look at it. And before you ask the reason some do not require it is the MCAT is and Admission test for US schools not used in the rest of the world.
