Will a C+ in an upper level science course following med school acceptance trigger the admissions committee to reevaluate the status of a tentative acceptance?

It may depend on the school, but I would think not. I was accepted before I had completed the second semester of Physics. I got a C that semester, but it was still okay. I think the major thing that my school was worried about was that my GPA didn't fall below a certain level.

But check with the school just to make sure. I bet you are okay though.
