How important is it to apply early? I have a 3.4 and I'm still considering applying to podiatry school. I'd like to get some more shadowing time in before I make my final decision between dentistry and podiatry. What is considered early in applying to podiatry school?

Are any of the schools marginally better than any of the others? Would you be at any advantage to go to one of the schools to get the best residencies?

If I'm right Sept 1st is the first day you can apply. Other than that I don't know. I too an deciding between dentistry and podiatry.

In my humble opinion, I think that Temple, Des Moines and Scholl (Chicago) are marginally better than the rest.
