Can I apply to a military hospital for residency if I am neither in the military nor do I have an obligation to the military?

No you can't for a lot of obvious reasons. The military uses a different matching system.

Thanks for letting my know. I guess when programs came up through ERAS in locations I wanted to go to...it wasn't "too obvious".
