They probably deleted some. One thing you'll notice is that many of the cards overlap (ie, same cards in physio and anatomy, or in anatomy and dental anatomy). They probably dropped some of those overlaps without losing any actual content.

I wouldn't worry too much about it...I didn't have a full set and pulled a 95. (Though I'm sure some luck was involved.) Besides, there are always new topics on the boards that decks don't cover (esp. on micro).
