Hi all :)
this's the 1st time joinin' this forum & i'm really lookin' 4 ur help as much as possible
well my 1st request is :
a good site , ppt or pdf files that help me takin' a full good idea about both subjects which they're :
1_ local anaesthesia ( infiltration & ID block , esp thumb technique )
2_ about teeth extraction ( technique , forceps & elevators )

2nd request i need ur help 2 answer these Qs :
1_ how to take a single impression by 2 different materials ?!
2_what's the difference between soft caries & soft dentine & how to distinguish between them clinically ?

I will give one of them a go. One example of taking a single impression using two "different" materials (i.e. PVS [polyvinylsiloxiane] for use with crown preparations). One student fills an impression tray with heavy body PVS (purple) while another student coats the prep on all surfaces with light body PVS (blue) beginning interproximally and then coating the rest of the teeth to a lesser extent (incisal edges and cusp tips) --> then impress
