Anybody here have to do fundraisers for your dental class. If so what kinds of things are you guys doing. I need some ideas.

The main fundraiser for our first year class at UOP is our Halloween party which we hold at a club in SF and charge admission for. Last year's class pulled in around $4000 after all expenses if I remember correctly.

The second year's main fundraiser is selling photocopies of all of the previous exams organized in three large binders to the first years. They charged us each $80 ($80x143 = a lot of money - but there are a lot of photocopy fees too).

Not sure if either of those are feasible for you - just thought I'd mention them.

we have sales of t-shirt/sweatshirt/scrubs/waterbottles and other gear with the dental school logo on it, which seem to be a huge success. we are also having penny wars between clinics and plain old pass-the-envelope around class type of fundraisers.
