Hi,

I am graduating right now, and I'll have 8 months off before residency.
I am a foreign student from a foreign school, even though I did half of my rotations in the US (the other half was in Europe).
I did score well on step 2 (92), but I am afraid to forget clinical stuff in these 8 months, because I won't rotate anymore.
Are there any good US books dealing with clinical management and US hospital system (charting, how to write orders...), so that I keep up to date.
I have usmle books, but no books dealing with clinical management, that will prepare and keep me up to date for internship.
