I heard that Cincinnati was starting one. They already have a neuro fellowship. Keep in mind that a cardiovascular fellowship through emergency medicine will NOT qualify you to become a cardiologist. It's mainly a research fellowship. Most EM residents know this, but I wanted to point it out for any of the students or other people who are interested in emergency medicine, but aren't familiar with our fellowships. Cleveland Clinic's is two years, whereas UVAs and USF's is one. Q |
