Hey,

I was just looking for some direction for the ABP Personal Statment. Are they looking for anything specific, or is it just like the regular med school app essay (ie why medicine, why ireland, etc).

The question is pretty open-ended. I was thinking about telling them certain characteristics that I have acquired throughout my life, how they will help me and the med school, and link that up with an experience (volunteer, because I have quite a bit of volunteering).
