Hi,

I have three dacshunds and each of them have a lump on the side of their body. The lump is like located below their rib cage and just above their hip. Is this anything to worry about?

Any lump should be checked out by a vet. This is something you should be asking your vet, not a forum of vet/pre-vet students. :) Obviously, lumps are not normal - and anything abnormal means a trip to the vet. Differentials for a lump can be: tumour (benign or malignant), abscess, and haematoma/seroma.

The reason I was asking is that it just suddenly happened to three dogs at one time. :)
