So I'm thinking that there's one more program that I now wish I could interview at. Do you guys think that it's too late now, post-Nov 1, to add a new (very competitive) program and expect to get an interview? My numbers would give me a good shot at an interview there normally, but I don't know if they would look unfavorably on me adding them this late.

I say do it, because then at least you know you tried.

I'd say do it. Most programs have deadlines of December 1st (I think). If you look at it that way, you're still a month ahead of deadline!

Definitely go ahead and apply. It is certainly not too late.

Worst case scenario, you're down $50. And what does that matter with all of the interviewing expenses? :luck:

Don't do it, its too risky!!! you might get rejected and who can deal with rejection? Just watch the program from the table at the back of the bar, and be happy about what could have been. Lets face it, she'd never want you anyway. Your too short and balding to boot, and have no style, hell, I doubt you'll ever find a residency. FACE IT, YOUR GOING TO DIE ALONE!!
