I am looking for some advice for a good Neurology book for my month long rotation. Any advice will be appreciated.

If you're a 4th taking neurology and have already taken all your core clerkships, I'd recommend blueprints. Its short and to the point...a real easy read. I used only that and did just fine on the NBME shelf. Its a decent quick reference while on the wards. You may want to consider supplementing it with Pretest Neuro if you need practice questions.
